Job summary

This position involves managing and executing designated Agency Programs in compliance with DAWIA statutes and agency instructions. You will oversee development, service, and construction programs and ensure an optimal balance of cost, schedule, and performance across the lifecycle, reporting to the Milestone Decision Authority as needed.

Collaboration with business and technical leads is essential to align requirements and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years.
• Master's degree plus 4 years.
• Doctoral degree plus 2 years.
• Degree must be in a Business Field or a Technical Field.
• Informal supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute designated Agency Programs in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, policies, and DAWIA instructions.
• Oversee Agency Development, Service, and Construction programs funded with agency or external non-pay dollars.
• Maintain authority for all program decisions affecting cost, schedule, or performance baselines and report through acquisition authorities to the MDA.
• Coordinate requirements, solutions, and implementation activities with business/acquisition, technical leads, and stakeholders.
