The role includes guiding junior team members, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and maintaining strong customer interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a minimum of ten years in the industry with leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of industry-related experience.
• Three (3) years in management.
• Professional experience in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
• Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
• Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.
• Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
