Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Associate Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 1) in Clearfield, UT to support the ICBM Sustainment Program. You will set up and monitor cost control systems, perform financial analyses, and prepare budgets and schedules in a dynamic defense environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and can obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
• US citizenship is a prerequisite.

Responsabilités

• Set up cost control systems and monitor costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control.
• Prepare analyses and reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Prepare budgets and schedules and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
• Develop program plans to ensure requirements and statements of work are captured and scheduled.
• Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
• Maintain adequate funding by tracking expenditures and requesting additional funding as needed.
