Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience using Oracle procurement applications.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and MRP.
• Experience with cost and price analyses and supplier negotiations.
• Able to manage multiple purchasing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships for fixed-price and cost-reimbursement PO's and subcontracts.
• Analyze material requirements using Oracle and MRP systems to support procurement activities.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Conduct cost and price analyses and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet program objectives.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders ensuring on-time delivery.
• Oversee subcontract costs, supplier performance, and procurement schedules.
• Serve as the primary contact between suppliers, internal teams, and program management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate supplier source selection and procurement evaluations.
