Fuse Integration in San Diego is seeking a dynamic Buyer to support our manufacturing and supply chain teams. You will drive end-to-end purchasing for critical components, partnering with engineering, operations, and program teams to understand needs and deliver value.

The role requires strong negotiation, attention to detail, and knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations, with 3+ years in purchasing or procurement in defense or aerospace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (defense, aerospace, or manufacturing experience a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
• High attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end purchasing process: sourcing, quoting, placing, and tracking components for the production team.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and program teams to understand needs and identify purchasing solutions.
• Balance fast-paced ordering with urgency and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring quality, compliance, and value.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve supply issues, and improve supply chain processes.
• Negotiate with key suppliers to obtain best value materials supporting cost, schedule, and quality goals.
