Job summary

Kinetic Concepts is seeking a Business Process Engineer to optimize DoD international acquisition and security cooperation processes. The role focuses on analyzing current-state workflows, proposing future-state designs, and guiding implementation with government stakeholders in a hybrid Fort Meade setting.

The ideal candidate has a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in process analysis, with strong communication and tooling skills in Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of experience in business process analysis or related fields.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes.
• Experience using process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state business processes and workflows.
• Develop future-state process designs and improvement recommendations.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and business process documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
• Develop business case analyses, cost-benefit assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support DoW international programs and related acquisitions.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to implement improved processes.
• Facilitate working groups and process workshops.
• Assist with training materials and change management.
• Support technology modernization with Power BI, SharePoint, and workflow tools.
