Qualifications

• Three years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
• Familiarity with International Acquisition, Security Assistance, and/or Security Cooperation.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing international acquisition processes.
• Document current business processes and workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes.
• Design and propose more efficient business processes.
• Develop and present business case analyses for proposed process changes.
• Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and meetings.
