Job summary

Talent Search Pro is seeking a Specialist, Program Management in Northampton, MA to lead cross‑functional teams and manage cost, schedule and technical performance on submarine systems programs.

You will coordinate with operations, finance, planning, contracts and supply chain, ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and DPAS/FAR/DFAR. A Secret clearance and onsite work are required; the role includes risk management and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; Graduate Degree with 2+ years; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with government contracts including DPAS ratings and FAR/DFAR contract requirements.
• Earned Value Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional program teams to deliver on schedule, within scope and on budget.
• Manage full project lifecycle per contract requirements and company standards.
• Support business development activities, including proposal management and negotiations.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and opportunities in a dynamic environment.
• Serve as primary stakeholder interface with leadership, customers, suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, export controls (ITAR/EAR) and contractual obligations.
