Job summary

Gallatin is seeking a Mission Development Manager to identify, shape, and advance mission-aligned growth opportunities across federal defense, national security, and adjacent commercial markets. You will be at the intersection of customer discovery, problem framing, solution positioning, capture support, and partner coordination.

The role requires understanding how government customers define mission problems, how acquisition pathways mature, and how Gallatin’s Navigator platform can be

Qualifications

• Identify and shape mission-aligned growth opportunities across federal defense, national security, and adjacent markets.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners to build a qualified pipeline.
• Position Gallatin’s Navigator platform against priority workflows in sustainment, logistics, mobility, readiness, and mission planning.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio and advance opportunities from discovery to funded pipeline.
• Support capture activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report to Head of Business Development and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
