Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a defense mission professional to lead a high-tempo team on DoD projects. You will identify and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes, delivering mission-ready solutions and advising clients to protect national security.

The role supports travel up to 25% and requires strong fighter tactics knowledge. The position emphasizes collaboration under pressure, adapting to changing schedules and potential on-call recalls, with a focus on DoD mission outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as F-15 aircrew with 1,000 F-15 hours.
• Experience with JMPS 2020 or later.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of advanced weapon concepts and fighter tactics.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to update the Link 16 Network Design Load (NDL) from OPSTASKLINK.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a small, high-tempo mission planning team under intense pressure, handling short or no-notice tasks and occasional weekend work for deployed issues and interface closely with the configuration control manager of Mission Planning Equipment (MPE) and JMPS.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules based on F-15 units’ operational tempo, including on-call periods with possible 24/7 recall within two hours of notification on weekends and holidays.
• Secret clearance is required.
