Job summary

Teledyne Brown Engineering in Huntsville, AL seeks a Modeling and Simulation Systems Engineer to support NHRC in medical planning, logistics and decision-support tools for DoD. You will lead requirements development, manage traces, coordinate with government customers, and work with software teams across lifecycle.

Requires a bachelor's in a related field; 3+ years' experience with systems engineering and requirements management; master's preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of system requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability throughout the system lifecycle.
• Support the development of system architectures, CONOPS, workflows, and technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate with software developers, analysts, government customers, and end users to ensure requirements are understood, implemented, tested, and validated.
• Participate in design reviews and program execution activities.
• Develop verification and validation strategies and support test planning and documentation.
