Job summary

Teledyne Brown Engineering seeks a Modeling and Simulation Systems Engineer to advance military medical software tools for NHRC. You will lead requirements development, coordinate with government stakeholders and end users, and support delivery of planning, logistics, and decision-support capabilities for the DoD.

Responsibilities include eliciting and tracing requirements, developing architectures and CONOPS, and interfacing with software teams and customers throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and 3+ years in systems engineering or requirements development.
• Experience with software development support and technical program support is desirable.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and management of system requirements from stakeholders and end users.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability across lifecycle and interfaces.
• Support system architectures, CONOPS, workflows, and technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate with developers, government customers, and users to ensure requirements are understood and validated.
• Prepare verification, validation, and test planning documentation.
• Interface with customers and present risk and status to leadership.
