• Working toward a bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Understanding and experience with CAD but not required.
• Experience with drawing/blueprint interpretation but not required.
• A strong passion for manufacturing and the future of technology.
• A willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations.

That's Infinite Potential. **Role overview:**As a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice, you’ll apply your engineering skills to real-world challenges supporting the technology, processes and products that power the future of aerospace. You’ll help develop and improve manufacturing processes across production, assembly, repair and our external supply chain with a focus on safety, quality, cost and delivery. Across our aerospace and marine manufacturing businesses we focus on four core areas to help us deliver a capable and reliable method of production:• Manufacturing technology• Product introduction• Technical governance and change management• Continuous improvement and manufacturability You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to solve challenges, improve processes and support the delivery of products that meet customer and business needs. With more than 18,000 people in manufacturing worldwide, you’ll be part of the largest function within Rolls-Royce.
