Rolls-Royce Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice in Indianapolis, onsite for a 3-year program. You will apply engineering principles to real-world challenges in on-site manufacturing and external supply chain, guided by experienced engineers, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact products and customers.

Formación

• Working toward a bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Understanding and experience with CAD but not required.
• Experience with drawing/blueprint interpretation but not required.
• A strong passion for manufacturing and the future of technology.
• A willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations.

Responsabilidades

• Applying manufacturing engineering principles to real-world assignments across on-site manufacturing and external supply chain.
• Working under an experienced manufacturing engineer for mentorship and professional development.
• Contributing to meaningful projects that address real business needs and impact products and customers.
• Building hands-on engineering experience through on-the-job training and collaboration with Rolls-Royce professionals.

Educación

Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or Computer Science or Data Science (Bachelor’s in progress)

Willingness to travel between locations

Strong interest in manufacturing and technology

Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
