ASRC Federal in San Diego is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Defense CMS logistics program, ensuring safe, compliant delivery of hazardous materials for aircraft maintenance across multiple locations.

The role requires 10+ years in complex military programs, strong leadership, and experience with hazardous materials management. U.S. Citizenship is required for customer access and security clearances may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in military/government defense.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with hazardous materials management.
• Strong communication and leadership across levels of government.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer interface, overseeing cost control, schedule performance, risk management, and logistics analysis.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Coordinate development of proposals, budgets, statements of work, and contract terms.
• Lead hazardous materials demand analysis, forecasting, and warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA/DoD regulations and hazardous material handling standards.
• Oversee training programs and workforce readiness.
• Develop and manage a Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement.
• Utilize BI tools, WMS/IMS, and hazardous materials management applications.
• Build and sustain relationships with DoW and Government stakeholders.
• Author and report internal metrics and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope.
