• Technical degree or logistics certification or equivalent training.
• Experience in manufacturing, military, or industrial logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and documentation processes.
• Ability to read technical manuals, part lists, and change documentation.
• Hands-on with forklifts, pallet jacks, lifting devices; committed to safe operation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and program personnel in a fast-paced, requirements-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials including repair parts and government-furnished equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory using tracking systems with proper labeling and storage per program requirements.
• Coordinate issuance, staging, and movement of parts to support repairs and prototyping.
• Forecast material needs with technicians and engineers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage shipping operations including packaging, documentation, and transportation per safety and regulatory standards.
• Support logistics planning for prototype builds and engineering changes.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and environmental controls for sensitive materials.
• Coordinate with procurement to resolve shortages and answer material questions.
• Enforce OSHA safety practices during material handling and drive process improvements.
