Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a demand and inventory planning process.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory to align with production schedules and needs.
• Establish metrics to measure and improve inventory accuracy.
• Develop and execute a strategic sourcing plan for cost reductions.
• Monitor procurement lead times from suppliers.
• Track inventories across locations and redistribute to reduce excess stock.
• Perform quarterly inventory reconciliations.
• Generate and provide demand reports.
• Incorporate market intelligence to continuously improve performance.
• Ensure logistics processes (replenishment, data systems, demand management) are efficient.
