W3Global in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Attorney for a full-time on-site role. The ideal candidate will take ownership of meaningful litigation matters and work closely with a collaborative team to advance cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements include a J.D., active California Bar, 3–5 years of defense or civil litigation experience, and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in insurance defense are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with insurance defense or civil litigation preferred.
• Experience in insurance defense, auto liability, premises liability, trucking/transportation, or commercial litigation is highly desirable.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload within a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution, focused on insurance defense and trucking/transportation litigation.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties to manage cases effectively.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move matters toward resolution while maintaining high-quality work.

Our client is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.
