Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in a law firm with billable-hour requirements.
• Insurance defense experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Active PA bar admission required.
• Additional regional bar admissions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of general liability and insurance defense matters.
• Manage cases through discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Take on meaningful responsibility and client-facing work from day one.
