You will handle discovery, motions, depositions, and case resolution while working directly with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.

Formación

• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Active NY bar admission required; NJ admission a plus.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a variety of general liability and insurance defense matters.
• Manage cases through discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Take on meaningful responsibility and client-facing work from day one.
