The Red Gate Group seeks a Legislative Analyst to support the Acquisition Policy & Innovation Directorate within OUSD(A&S). You will lead a team of analysts handling congressional requests, reporting requirements, and legislative analysis, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance and 5+ years in legislative analysis at an agency HQ level, plus proficiency with CATMS, CHARRTS, and GLADIS.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance and at least five years supporting legislative analysis at HQ level.
• Defence executive-level legislative and audit experience.
• Ability to brief Flag Officers and SES members.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities of legislative analysts to align with government priorities.
• Provide executive-level technical/analytic support for congressional reporting and audits.
• Review and coordinate congressional correspondence and reporting packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day tasks from GAO and DoD OIG audits, including guidance on audit protocols.
• Conduct legislative research and prepare comprehensive Legislative Updates for OSD acquisition policy.
• Maintain essential systems (CATMS, CHARRTS, GLADIS) and support document creation and training.
