Job summary

ValidaTek seeks a Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects for a DISA program. You will work with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery compliant with contract requirements.

Requirements include active DoD Secret clearance, a relevant bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of PM experience, preferably in federal IT.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of PM/coordination experience, preferably DoD/DISA or federal IT programs.
• Experience coordinating schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Agile, Waterfall, ITSM, and ITIL methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects in a DoD/DISA environment.
• Track activities, deliverables, schedules, and KPIs across teams.
• Maintain logs, status reports, and risk/issue trackers.
• Prepare updates, dashboards, and briefings for reviews.
• Support hybrid project management and collaboration across functions.
