Job summary

ValidaTek is seeking a Program Manager to lead all Task Order management for a DISA DoD PKI Public Key Enablement contract. The role blends deep PKI knowledge, regulatory compliance, and IT modernization leadership.

You will navigate DoD security boundaries, manage IMS schedules, and coordinate with multiple engineering and support teams while conforming to policy and security requirements. The position requires active Secret clearance, DoD contracting experience, PMP or ability to obtain, and

Qualifications

• Active or interim Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship mandatory.
• 8+ years in program/project management on federal/DoD IT contracts.
• Strong PKI knowledge and DoD policy familiarity.
• Experience managing IMS/schedule, cost tracking, CPARS.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS contracts and government audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Own TO management, IMS execution, PMRs/IPRs.
• Direct transition-in/out activities and staffing.
• Serve as primary Government POC; 1-hour response.
• Oversee PKE engineering, software maintenance, and DoD evaluations.
• Ensure CPARS/NIST compliance and security requirements.
• Translate DoD policy into actionable tasks.
• Supervise SMEs and engineering staff for PKI integration.
