Job summary

NOVA-Dine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead DoD migration initiatives and manage large-scale network/SIPR endpoint transitions across multiple DAFA organizations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee schedules, risk registries, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of milestones.

The ideal candidate has 8 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution activities for migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain schedules, action item trackers, risk registries, and status reporting.
• Coordinate migration workstreams across engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operational teams.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule activities and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and status briefings.
• Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate Operational Review Board activities and transition milestones.
• Assist with migration dashboards, service reports, and executive communications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Support migration planning, testing, sustainment transition, and closeout activities.
