Job summary

NOVA-Dine, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Specialist - Manager to lead service desk and end-user support for the DES DODNet MES-NET migration program at DISA Headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland.

The role requires hands-on leadership of Tier 1/2 support, incident management, and coordinating with engineering, cybersecurity, migration, and operations teams to ensure smooth migration and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies and ITSM.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Service Desk and Help Desk operations across migration activities.
• Supervise Tier 1 and 2 support personnel and manage ticket queues and escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, migration, and operations teams.
