Job summary

Dine Development Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead the DoDNet migration execution services program from Fort Meade. You will provide leadership, planning, risk management, schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication across dispersed DAFA organizations.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operations teams; maintaining schedules and dashboards; and delivering executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in project management or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting federal government programs.
• Experience developing schedules, reports, and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain schedules, trackers, risk registries, and status reporting.
• Coordinate workstreams across engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and ops.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and status briefings.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate Operational Review Board activities and milestones.
• Assist with dashboards, service reports, and executive communications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
• Support migration planning, testing, sustainment, and closeout.
