Job summary

Armada is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to own day-to-day DoD/DoW infrastructure workstreams and serve as the primary technical voice on federal capture. This senior individual contributor role does not start with a team but shapes product, manufacturing, deployment, capture, and customer engagement across awarded programs.

You will influence across DoD/DoW opportunities, guide technical volumes and compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable edge infrastructure

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active U.S. Secret clearance required.
• 12+ years in infrastructure, data center, hardware program, or technical program roles.
• 5+ years supporting U.S. Government/Defense customers with direct customer engagement.
• Experience with RFI/RFP responses, proposals, or customer evaluations for infrastructure or mission-critical systems.
• Demonstrated SOW/contract execution experience: integrated schedule, risk and change control.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day DoD/DoW infrastructure workstreams from engagement through deployment and sustainment.
• Set operating rhythms, KPIs, risk registers, and accountability mechanisms for predictable delivery.
• Translate mission requirements into scalable product and deployment patterns.
• Lead technical engagement on DoD/DoW RFIs, RFPs, and related proposals.
• Partner with Capture, Federal Product, Customer Engineering, and Legal on bases of estimate and narratives.
• Coordinate site surveys, capability briefings, and warfighter/customer problem translation into requirements.
• Advise capture/go-to-market on form factor, power/cooling envelope, deployment timelines, and accreditation paths.
