Job summary

Armada is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to own DoD/DoW infrastructure workstreams and be the primary technical voice on federal capture. This senior individual contributor role spans capture and delivery, shaping responses to RFIs and RFPs and translating mission requirements into architectures Armada can actually build and field.

The role covers SOW execution from award through site readiness, production, deployment, and handover, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and legal teams

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Secret clearance is required.
• 12+ years in infrastructure, data center, or hardware program roles.
• 5+ years supporting U.S. Government or Defense customers with direct engagement.
• Demonstrated ownership of technical RFI/RFP responses, proposals, or customer technical evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical, operational, contracting, and senior government audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own DoD/DoW infrastructure workstreams from engagement through deployment and sustainment.
• Translate mission requirements into scalable product and deployment patterns.
• Lead technical engagement on DoD/DoW RFIs, RFPs, and similar proposals.
• Drive SOW execution from award through site readiness, production, deployment, and handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and legal to balance cost, schedule, and performance.
