Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Defense Sustainment Forecasting Leader to align parts forecasting with business needs and optimize inventory management. This people leader role oversees 8 direct reports and 5 contractors, coordinating across product lines, supply chain, and sales to ensure accurate, timely forecasts for sustainment performance.

The position is on-site in Lynn, MA or Evendale, OH, with a focus on GSVF and LCC modeling, S&OP integration, and continuous improvement in forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field and relevant experience.
• 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management (aerospace/manufacturing preferred).
• 3+ years leading teams with coaching and performance impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop visit forecasting and coordinate demand reviews for S&OP cycle.
• Own end-to-end forecasting value stream from removal to induction to return to customer.
• Develop and maintain parts forecasts with input from product leaders and GMs.
• Provide modeling leadership for GSVF, LCC, and baseline/new deal models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with program needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in data sources, methods, and forecasting models.
• Lead governance with Level-4 Daily Management and ensure actionable insights.
