Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Defense Sustainment Forecasting Leader to align parts forecasting with business needs, driving efficient operations and optimized inventory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in a global matrix organization, aerospace/manufacturing preferred.
• 5+ years directly leading teams (8 direct reports, 5 contractors) and driving forecast accuracy.
• Willingness to travel ~10–15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Demand Planning: lead shop visit forecasting and ensure alignment to business assumptions.
• Own end-to-end forecasting from removal to return; connect shop visit forecasts to workscope and piece-part forecasts.
• Lead S&OP cycle reviews, coordinate with third-party forecasting providers, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop/maintain parts forecasts with product leaders and GMs using historical performance and market trends.
• Provide modeling leadership for GSVF, LCC, and baseline/new deal models.
• Collaborate with product management, supply chain, operations, S&OP, CPMs, and sales to align forecasts.
