Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a finance office support professional to execute day-to-day financial management for appropriated and DWCF programs. You will prepare funding packages, reconcile books, monitor burn rates, and produce accurate reports in DISA systems such as FAMIS and the Financial Dashboard.

You will analyze Excel workbooks, maintain spend plans across fiscal years, and ensure compliance with DoW funding rules while contributing to senior leader briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a financial field is required.
• DoW Financial Management Level I certification or SDFM/CDFM is a plus.
• Four+ years of DoW financial management experience with General Funds and DWCF.
• Knowledge of DoW regulations and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day finance office support for appropriated and DWCF programs.
• Prepare and process funding packages; reconcile books and analyze spend plans.
• Monitor burn rates, variances, and unliquidated obligations; maintain financial data and reports in DISA systems.
• Produce status-of-funds reports and briefings for senior leadership with high accuracy.
• Create and maintain briefings and spreadsheets to support financial reports.
