Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Financial Management Support Generalist to support AEDC at Arnold AFB in Tullahoma, TN. The role focuses on cost performance monitoring, workload revisions, and project cost estimates.

Ideal candidates have a business degree, experience in cost management, and the ability to obtain a security clearance; you will work onsite in Tennessee with full benefits in a 100% employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Highly organized.
• Basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance; interim clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on cost performance and financial management.
• Implement cost best practices as a subject matter expert.
• Coordinate and prepare workload revisions.
• Coordinate and support AF Project Managers with project estimates; Monitoring of project cost performance, and funding availability.
• Coordinate and lead monthly cost performance reviews.
• Support the use of common work processes and procedures.
• Monitor labor, materials, utilities, and other costs for accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate funding availability and limitations.
• Support DOD FM on fiscal year contract workloads; Providing financial analysis of current actuals and workloads.
• Monitoring and coordinating updates with AF PM on project cost overruns.
• Performing a weekly reconciliation comparison of ACWP and current workloads.
• Supporting Management in reporting of Peoplesoft project financial status.
