Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Product Manager to own the EW Mission Applications surface—the software between the device and the operator. You will define the roadmap for operator apps, Lattice integrations, and internal tooling used across programs.

You'll balance competing program demands, write requirements and acceptance criteria, and coordinate with embedded engineering, UI design, and QA. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management or related role.
• Ability to write requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
• Experience owning a software surface that integrates with hardware or firmware.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the EW Mission Applications roadmap and keep it current for PM and engineering.
• Manage a single intake path for requirements with scoped decisions: accept, defer, or decline.
• Define operator capabilities before design starts with acceptance criteria to test against.
• Deconflict competing program demands with a defensible prioritization framework.
• Represent EW Mission Applications in device API reviews and track requests to delivery.
• Collaborate with UI design and QA on workflows and test coverage.
