Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma, or 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and execute assembly instructions per DOM and technical documents.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, tweezers, and automated equipment.
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing per established methods.
