Job summary

Judit Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to join our team in Massachusetts. You will support the development of complex military electronic systems, ensuring design, integration, and implementation meet rigorous defense standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with 2+ years of related experience.
Excellent written and oral communications.
Customer interfacing and ability to build relationships.
Use of Model Based Systems Engineering principles to develop SysML models and DOORS requirement management tool preferred.
Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal direction.
An existing U.S. Security Clearance is desired; the ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

Perform systems engineering activities for complex electronic systems from concept to deployment, ensuring compliance with specs and industry standards.
Conduct system requirements analysis, definition, and allocation translating customer needs into functional requirements.
Perform system modeling, operations analysis, and requirements decomposition in support of system design.
Conduct system level trade analysis of different design options including estimated development and operational costs.
Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to develop architectures that optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Oversee system integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with requirements and performance objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigation to address challenges and ensure safety, security, and interoperability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and ensure timely milestone delivery.
Support preparation of technical documentation including system specifications, design documents, test plans, and reports.
