Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Dallas, TX seeks an Electrical Engineer for the Hardware Engineering team to design, develop, test, and produce electrical hardware for missiles and sensors. You will perform electrical testing with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and DMMs, develop interconnects, collaborate with systems, software, manufacturing and quality, and help manage MRB processes.

Basic qualifications: BS in Electrical Engineering, 1 year of related experience, hands-on test

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with electrical hardware design.
• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs).
• US citizenship; ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical testing and root cause analysis on production hardware.
• Develop interconnect solutions—power distribution, grounding, shielding and mil-spec connectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve interface challenges.
• Create and maintain schematics, test procedures, and failure reports.
