Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data science professional to design and implement analytical models and AI/ML capabilities to support Navy Reserve readiness and mission objectives.

You will lead analytic projects, build dashboards, and communicate findings to executives and stakeholders, collaborating with data engineers and government partners.

This role requires an active SECRET clearance and a strong quantitative background.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years in data analytics, ML models, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Databricks, and R.
• Experience communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models and forecasting solutions.
• Lead the development of data analytics products, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Apply statistical analysis, ML, data mining, and predictive modeling to improve decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Evaluate emerging analytics technologies to enhance enterprise data solutions.
