Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Data Analyst for its Defense & Security practice, focusing on AI and Data Modernization for federal financial management. You will design scalable data pipelines, build interactive dashboards, and contribute to mission outcomes and digital transformation in a hands-on role.

The position blends data engineering, cloud platforms, and public sector analytics, requiring an active Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of relevant analytics

Qualifications

• ACTIVE Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years of data analytics/engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand data architecture and reporting needs for financial management programs.
• Lead the development of ETL pipelines in DataBricks and Palantir using Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Develop and operate AI/data solutions and dashboards using Databricks, Palantir, Power Platform, Tableau.
• Ensure delivery excellence with measurable outcomes across data modernization programs.
