Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior data science and analytics professional to join the Defense & Security AI & Data team in the DC metro area. The role involves building data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to support mission decision-making and operational effectiveness.

You will partner with system owners and Agile teams to curate datasets, deploy dashboards, and apply CI/CD practices to data experiments and model validation. Strong SQL, Python, and BI tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years developing large, complex enterprise database systems.
• Experience in SQL and complex queries.
• Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Experience in cloud-based databases and architecture.
• Proficiency with Python for data processing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ETL and data quality analysis in cloud-based databases.
• Create intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for varied users.
• Define data requirements with ISSOs and Agile teams for mission decisions.
• Operate within CI/CD and DevSecOps to version experiments and validate models.
• Communicate findings and produce clear visualizations and docs.
