Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst to identify and connect internal/external databases across data warehouse tools, building AI-enabled data pipelines and dashboards. You will work with external DB admins and the data support team to maintain data syncs, document changes, and ensure data quality for critical KPIs.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of experience with large datasets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication before onboarding.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Role operates in a hybrid work environment; onsite at least 2–3 days per week.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with large datasets.
• Experience building AI agents and using AI to produce outcomes.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Advana and Power BI DAX for dashboards and data integration.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify internal/external databases to connect within data warehouse tools.
• Collaborate with external database admins and the data support team to connect data sets via APIs, Power Apps, or Bots.
• Maintain data syncs and data quality metrics; document and implement changes.
• Design, develop, and modify data infrastructure to speed data analysis and reporting.
• Map/join multiple siloed data sets using Palantir Foundry, Advana, and Power BI DAX.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to display KPI insights.
