Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to support the Defense & Security AI & Data team in the DC metro area. You will architect data pipelines, build dashboards, and deploy predictive analytics to enable mission-critical decision-making with scalable, secure data products.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and BI tool experience, plus Databricks, Tableau, and Power BI. On-site or hybrid work is available; active public trust or eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years developing enterprise databases.
• Experience designing databases with SQL and performing complex queries.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and using Python for data manipulation.
• Experience in cloud-based databases and BI tooling (Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to work on-site and hybrid in the DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations for diverse users.
• Collaborate with ISSOs, system owners, and Agile teams to deliver data products and ensure security.
