Qualifications

Responsibilities
Oversee full contract performance, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
Serve as the primary liaison to KO/COR and ensure compliance with PWS, QASP, FAR, and Army policies.
Supervise and mentor the engagement team to achieve program objectives.
Coordinate strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities.
