• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• Minimum five years of defense-related business development or acquisition experience.
• Experience working with government contracting teams and government contracts of various types.

• Identify and pursue opportunities within the defense sector aligned with Whisper Aero growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key defense stakeholders, including DoD entities and contractors.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align customer needs with offerings and messaging.
