This role requires a service-oriented professional who can provide assistance and guidance, communicate across organizational boundaries, and adapt to evolving priorities and work requirements.
Serve as a liaison between military and intelligence stakeholders, facilitating timely communication and coordination.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with staff, leadership, and mission partners.
Support the exchange of information and coordination of requests, requirements, and actions across organizations.
Help stakeholders understand and navigate organizational processes, structures, and communication channels.
Provide assistance, instruction, and guidance to support effective collaboration and resolution of coordination challenges.
Participate in meetings and working groups, communicate relevant updates, and track follow-up actions.
Prepare correspondence, briefings, summaries, and other materials to support stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making.
Identify coordination gaps and recommend practical improvements to communication and workflow.
Adjust activities and priorities in response to changing mission needs and work requirements.
