Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between military and intelligence stakeholders, facilitating timely communication and coordination.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with staff, leadership, and mission partners.
• Support the exchange of information and coordination of requests, requirements, and actions across organizations.
• Help stakeholders understand and navigate organizational processes, structures, and communication channels.
• Provide assistance, instruction, and guidance to support effective collaboration and resolution of coordination challenges.
• Participate in meetings and working groups, communicate relevant updates, and track follow-up actions.
• Prepare correspondence, briefings, summaries, and other materials to support stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making.
• Identify coordination gaps and recommend practical improvements to communication and workflow.
• Adjust activities and priorities in response to changing mission needs and work requirements.
