Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the DISA CESO program in Rosslyn, VA. You will act as a servant leader for Agile teams delivering cloud, infrastructure, and modernization initiatives across DoD environments.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure program success. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Agile project management experience, a TS/SCI eligibility, and strong communication

Qualifications

7+ years of Agile project management, Scrum leadership, software delivery, or cloud modernization initiatives.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Experience in DoD/federal environments with strict security requirements.
Experience facilitating Agile software development and DevSecOps initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
On-site in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions.
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
Remove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor velocity, burndown charts, and sprint outcomes for improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams on user stories and dependencies.
Coordinate project activities and risks across multiple teams.
Prepare project status reports and executive communications using Jira/Confluence.
Foster collaboration among engineers, architects, PMs, and government stakeholders.
Represent the team in Scrums and cross-functional meetings.
Mentor teams on Scrum methodologies and Agile execution.
