• Experience in proposal writing, PI and team development, and publications.
• Strong communication skills to convey acquisition challenges to researchers and non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, prototyping, and transitioning of innovative approaches for defense acquisition outcomes.
• Assess statutes, regulations, policies, and guidance related to defense acquisition functions.
• Identify waivers or changes to improve outcomes with cost/benefit analysis.
• Interface with government representatives to gather needs, share results, and prepare technical briefings.
