Job summary

D2 Government Solutions seeks motivated DEERS/RAPIDS professionals to support ID Card operations at our Monterey location. You will provide administrative, personnel, and customer service support for CAC and Uniformed Services ID card services while carefully safeguarding sensitive information.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, verifying eligibility, data entry in DEERS/RAPIDS, and processing ID cards.

Qualifications

Professional, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information (PII).
Familiarity with government procedures and ID card operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional customer service to military personnel, dependents, retirees, government civilians, contractors, and authorized individuals.
Assist customers with CAC and Uniformed Services ID card services per DoD policies.
Review documents to verify eligibility before processing.
Enter and maintain customer data in DEERS/RAPIDS and other government systems.
Support issuance, renewal, and termination of ID cards using authorized equipment.
Maintain accurate records of card issuance and transactions.
Protect PII and comply with security/privacy requirements.
Assist with scheduling, intake, verification, and front-desk operations.
Provide basic troubleshooting for workstations and card issuance equipment.
