Job summary

JESCO is a leading dealer for John Deere, Wirtgen Group, Ditch Witch and Topcon across multiple states. We seek a skilled service technician to perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment, following safety and quality standards on-site at our facilities.

The ideal candidate holds Deere Level 1/2/Capstone, an associate degree or technical certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and document work, ensuring uptime for customers.

Qualifications

• Deere Level 1, Deere Level 2, Deere Capstone Certification.
• Associates Degree and/or technical certification from accredited trade school.
• Must have valid driver’s license – must meet underwriting requirements.
• Written and technical communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• All service assignments performed safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Review service orders, inspect equipment and test drives for proper operation.
• Notify management of safety hazards or non-serviceable shop equipment.
• Complete service orders accurately and keep parts properly stored for return.
