Job summary

The Global Edge Consultants LLC seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee offshore fabrication, assembly, and installation of deepwater platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, with office-based work in The Woodlands, TX and offshore travel.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in offshore construction, strong HSE leadership, and hands-on engineering or construction management experience; you will coordinate with engineering, fabrication yards, and installation contractors to keep projects

Qualifications

• 12+ years of offshore construction management/supervisory experience (15+ years preferred).
• Experience supervising fabrication, manufacturing, and offshore installation of deepwater platforms and subsea systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervisory oversight of fabrication, manufacturing, and offshore installation activities for production platforms and subsea systems.
• Champion HSE performance and ensure compliance with PTW, JSA/JHA, MOC, and SEMS.
• Participate in constructability reviews, 3D model reviews, and planning.
• Coordinate procurement, fabrication, and installation specifications with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver progress updates and field reports to Construction/Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in budget monitoring and cost control for offshore projects.
